So, there's more to this story, just not sure how to title it. 2007 G35 Journey sedan. Dual climate control setup. Fan comes on like normal after startup, but when my wife tried increasing the speed it turned off. She turned off the climate control system then turned it back on and all was normal. I tested it and when I started it the fan came on like normal, but when I manually increased the speed it shut off. I shut off the engine then restarted it and everything was normal again. Sounds like a control module issue to me, but wanted to get input here. Any ideas?

I just ran the diagnostics and no codes.

Probably blower motor resistor going out.
