Hello,

For a while I now I believed my climate control assembly lights were off. So, following directions here, I bought the 3 bulbs from the dealer and just finished installing them.

To my suprise, the bottoms themselves are not illuminated (see attached picture taken right now in the dark car).

However, a green light appears below the buttons when pressed. Is this the normal behavior. Aren't they supposed to be illuminated (so that you can see them clearly and press the right one)?

And if they are indeed not working properly (not getting illuminated), what other steps should I take to resolve the issue - as I said, I just changed the bulbs.

thanks - Oy

Welcome to the forum!

They should be on.

You'll probably want to take that unit out and put in on a bench with a 12v power source and remove the cover and see if the bulbs turn on. You might have a board issue which is only affecting the lighting.
