Climate Control 180SX

Hi there, I just got a 180sx from Japan and have an issue with the climate control or ac.The climate control won't let me scroll the tempurature down past 18degC. Am I missing something here, or shouldn't it go well below that. It's either that or my ac needs recharging. The air comes out cool with ac on but maybe that's due to the climate control being unable to go below 18degC?

The DCC Digital Climate Control temperature ranges from 18C to 32Cset temperature, this isnt what is blowing from your vents, it is only a set point.18C = 64F32C = 89FYou really don't want it to be below 17-18C its uncomfterble and you can begin to frost the evaperator at or below these temp.

Thanks 240sx_s13_902, answered my question. I was told by a buddy who owns a r32 that it should show the temp it is blowing at... I guess he has a different unit.

And Duffman, I assume you mean C to F? Well if you do, maybe you should of realised that I am outside of the US, meaning I use metric. I am fully aware of what 18degC feels like.
