Your links aren't working so I'm not positive what you were trying to show us. General answer for sensors for aftermarket rims is that I've never seen exactly that, but the do make tilt sensors that would set off the alarm if someone were to jack up your car.

All of the DEI alarms: Viper, Clifford, Avital etc. all have virtually the same basic features. The only difference is the style of the remote: LED, LCD, two-way, one-way, short distance, long distance etc. If you want any other sensors or modules you simply add them.

Just let me know if you need a price on something.

Hey I'm in the same position. I was also looking at getting the viper 5002 model for my s13. I was quoted about 412 installed by a local installer and an extra 99 dollars if I wanted a proximity sensor. Do those prices sound about right or should I look elsewhere or buy a kit and install it on my own?

I can sell you the 5002 for $249 shipped and add a extra $49 for the proximity sensor (508D)

You can save a lot of money if you install it yourself. A lot of Nico users call me for support while they are installing their product that they purchase from me.

Some 240's need an extra relay, some don't. I include all the parts with a purchase.

You would be looking at $229 shipped. I would include the relay and wiring for the door locks just in case you need it.

For superior security but no two way remote, I'd get the Clifford Concept470 and add the 905311 prox. Runs circles around the basic DEI stuff.

It is a digital dual zone remotely adjustable proximity sensor that you can add to the Concept470 or Intelliguard770. Proximity detects heat and motion. When someone walks by the car, it will cause the alarm to chirp. If someone reaches into the car, the alarm will trigger. You can also turn the sensor's warning or trigger zones off from the remote and the proximity sensor's adjustment is from the remote control, which makes it easy to fine tune. The Concept470 already has an impact sensor, a glass breakage sensor, normally open starter kill, normally open ignition kill, door, hood, trunk protection, 15 sound programmable siren, horn honk output, coded valet switch, two waterproof remotes and tons of other options available.
