clicking when starting car

Just what it says. When I started my car yesturday it was going to start then all of a sudden it started clicking mid way starting it up. Anybody ever had this prob? Could it be the starter going bad?

Problem could be a bad starter, or your battery did not have enough charge to crank the motor. Your amp is not staying powered up is it?

it shouldnt be on. I will check before i leave work today. when i tried the second time to start the car it started with no problems.

Watch the battery. Either you had low juice or your starter is "starting" to go out...

check cable security and cleanliness[no corrosion build up] as well.

My quess would be the battery is weak.
