Clicking when opening throttle

First post so HELLO OUT THERE Great site by the way, love this section.

I have a RS13 with Series 2 RB25DET.

When i open the throttle even a tiny bit there is a click coming from a solonoid next to the FPR. This happens sometime but then not other times. Is this normal and what is it??

I think it might be the variable cam solonoid but not 100%

tps sensor? mine does it to. its normal.
