This sounds like an ignition arc but it doesnt seem to be coming from the coil spark plugs or the rotor or cap.

This "misfire" makes my RPMs jump up and down at idle[when i hear the clicking]

I have already changed the cap and rotor[nissan],the coil[nissan used],the wires [1st duralast 2nd Taylor 8.2mm],idle valave[nissan],coolant temp sensor,TPS.I can't seem to solve the bad idle/misfire, could it be the distributor itself?

If you think it is a spark of some sourse, pop the hood in the dark and start looking aroud. If it is that, you can see it.

Can't see in dark, think it might be inside distributor or a spark plug

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!Clicking came from the stock coil touching the bracket. The coil is supposed to be isolated from the bracket cause the computer gives the coil a ground from time to time.
