Clicking sound when ig on Searched

Hey guys i installed a avcr today and started fine a few times but on like the 5th time starting it today i turn the ignition on and i hear a click so i hesitate and then goto start and i hear it click 3 more times then the engine starts with my sr20 it usualy turns over 2 - 3 times then starts, I hear the click when the engine starts the rev? (so maybe the starter is going bad?) so this clicking sounds like a relay under the dash or somthing but if its clicking most of the time i have found that it is already broken... but the car still fires fine. other than when it starts there is no more clicking. Could it be a wireing issue with the avcr? such as a loose connection?

It's a pretty good assumption that it's the avc-r but did it happen before the avc-r install or just after? also figure out what exactly is clicking before pulling the controller.

Im not sure where exsactly but it seems to click everytime the fuel pump has to do somthing. walbro255
