clicking sound coming from front right suspension on 97 q45

Hey guys, I have a recently purchased 97 q45 with fx35 20's (if that matters with the problem). Whenever the car hit bumps, or pressure is put on the front right suspension there is a clicking sound. It can be heard with a 150lb person bouncing on the front right door sill. I dont have a clue what it could be but its driving me nuts. Thanks in advance.

I'd wait for the people who know about that year to come here but it could be the wheels rubbing or maybe too heavy. Make it's it's not rubbing though or hitting the fender or inner fender. Wait for the good responses though that's just my guess since it's 20's.

i wouldnt think so, since it is only on the front right. the q45 rides pretty high.

Probably a bad tie rod or sway bar bushing.

my car just started to do the same noise just hit 103K think its problem time

Open the hood. Watch top of strut as fat guy bounces car up and down. Observe top of strut flopping around. Replace strut, strut mount, strut bearing and all rubber. Lather, rinse, repeat.

At least that's what was wrong wiff mine. Your results may vary.

**Fat guy not available at all locations. Size of your fat guy may vary. Not all fat guys strong enough to lean on car. Relatives of fat guy, and their principles not eligible. Two hot skinny chicks can achieve the same results with more opportunity for mischief. Fat chicks can achieve similar results, although not nearly as fun to watch. Crack Ho's not applicable.
