Clicking Noise When Turn on Heat (It's Not Blower Motor)

2004 Nissan Pathfinder.

When I turn on heat there's a clicking noise and it's not the blower motor which I originally thought it may be as I replaced it and same noise persists. Also, while in there I replaced cabin air filters and resistor.

Thoughts?

It's probably one of the HVAC door actuators. They often lose track of their home position when they go bad. That causes them to sit there bottoming the door for awhile after powerup, clicking because the door is already at the limit and won't move any further.

So far I'm finding mode or blend door actuator in my searches that appears to be on the drivers side? Is this correct? (link below for possible part if correct although I certainly won't be looking to spend this much on it)

Depends if you have an Auto setup or Manual. Manual only has an Intake actuator, that's up behind the glove box on both types. The Auto setup has Mix and Mode in addition, IIRC Mode is on the left side of the HVAC box and Mix is underneath it at the base of the center console. Any of the three can be responsible for a click-click-click.
