I have a 6spd, and I don't hear any "clicking". I do hear a bit of a "clunk" when I first put it from neutral into first, and have assumed that was a normal sound when the transmission gets engaged.

The "clunk" when shifting gears is normal. a "Clicking" noise when you start to release the clutch into R or 1st is not normal. I'd be worried that you have a syncro out of whack or aren't completely in gear.
its a clicking sound for sure not a clank....i asked some car buddy and they say it might be the cv boot? anyone agree??......i mean its not like once in a while it does it quite often not good for a brand new car agree?
Put the front up on blocks. Grab a drive shaft & turn it back & forth. Does it make the same noise you hear in the car? If so it is just the slack in the differential from changing dirrections.
