clicking noise?

Ok, First off let me start by saying im a really really picky person. So i dont even know if this is a problem. Anyways i noticed that sometimes when i come to a complete stop i hear this really gay clicking noise, sometimes its only for a few seconds and sometimes it last untill i take off. It never does it as soon as the car starts, its only after i've been driving for a few minutes. I dont think its the bealts becuase they were just replaced 3k miles ago. the noise sounds like its coming from the head gasket or maybe the cams. Is this normal? Any Ideas?

BTW. its a 99 Sentra GXE with GA16

Valves, metal parts attached to the engine vibrating, that sort of thing. Not a problem unless it's loud enough to be heard over busy street noise without focusing your attention on it.
