I am hearing a clicking noise from my 350z when I press on the brakes. I only notice it when I am driving around town, and it appears it is coming from around the wheel well area on the front passenger side, or near the center console, but closer to the tire. Anyone know what this might be from.

Very wierd. I'd take the front wheels off and take a look. THere's a centering pin for the stock wheels that could come loose and cause a clicking sound..I assume the sound interval variest driectly with speed?

It sounds like it might not be coming from the wheel itself. Sounds closer to the center console area than the wheel on the passenger side. Could it be possible that it might be the ABS, or a sensor for a brake pad or something? Does anyone else have any ideas as to what it might be.

my loose change can make a clicking noise during turns and accelleration/decelleration transitions.

Not sure how many miles you have, but the 350z around my area with around 20-30k miles have all had similar problems, its something to do with the rear axels. If you have a valid warranty it will be replaced no question. Ask your dealer I'm pretty sure there is a TSB about it.
