Clicking noise in engine

Hello,

I have an 01 3.5L, and I have an issue where I hear a clicking noise this noise goes faster and slower with RPMs and sounds like a pen tapping against a metal trash can lid. Also coming along with this are the P1110 and P1135 codes. In doing some research I'm thinking I have low oil pressure I'm going to stick a mechanical gauge on it today and get oil pressure readings...does anyone have any other ideas on what could be causing me issues?
