Clicking Noise front brakes 23K 2012

Looking at used loaded M37x 2012 with 23k to purchase to replace my M35x. There is a clicking noise at low speeds during stops the dealer said they put in new pads plus did a service bulletin. Then they said they needed to glue pads down? Has anyone heard of this or have any idea's of what could be causing the clicking sound? They did turn rotors as well. Love the car but want to make sure I am not buying a problem.

The m's have problems with the control arms failing. But I am sure they checked that, but ask just in case

With 23k take it to the dealer for a pre purchase inspection. They will tell you all about it.
