Clicking noise from Transmission

It's now close to 5000 kms on my new 2013 Rogue SE FWD and I'm experiencing this clicking noise from the transmission when i press on the accelerator after coasting. Under city driving, if I'm coasting around 30-40 km/hr with my foot off the accelerator and than need to speed back up again I hear this clicking noise when I put my foot back on the accelerator. It sounds almost as the clutch is engaging. Or maybe the torque converter is locking up. But, there is a definite click which can be heard even with all windows closed. Is this normal? Something I should be worried about?

No, haven't made any video or audio clip yet. The sound is a click or more of a clunk and it seems like when you're coasting the engine has disengaged the transmission and when you put your foot back on the accelerator the noise can be heard that in what seems like the transmission is being engaged again. It's almost like a clutch engaging noise that you would get from a manual transmission.

I'm not too worried because I have the 5yrs/100000km platinum warranty, I'm sure if was to crap out it would be much before that.

i've heard that coming form my car too. might be the steel belt doing a quick flex as torque is applied. might be the torque converting re-locking. could be a couple things.

Seems like the same thing, happens when you press back on the gas when coast below 40km/hr speed.

Ok, I've been searching these old postings without any real answers to this rear clicking noise. Has anyone found out exactly what is going on with this noise? Where or what is causing this and what 'fix' is available? Is this transmission related? This post has been out there since 2013. Surely someone has found out what the problem and answer is by now. (Don't mean to be rude but no need to reply if you don't have an answer. Don't need any more 'guesses'.)
