Hello My name is Gerardo and i'm from Argentina. I'm the owner of a Nissa Pathfinder R50 SE VG33E made in 1998.

I love that ride but i had an issue while going down south to the mountains of Bariloche, for some odd reasson the

distributor became lose. A mechanic did fix it and the able to use it with no issue at all. But not i have a clicking noise from the

the distributor.

How did the mechanic fix it? Have you taken the distributor cap off?

Yes i did take the cap off, and by plain sight, everything seems to normal and quite even....

How did he fix it? Well he did change a busted bearing and unbent it.

I listened to it again and maybe the shaft still has a bend to it. I wonder if you took off the distributor cap if the engine would crank over fast enough to see if it's bent and to be safe you can pull the fuel pump fuse first.
