Clicking noise from rear of the car.

I have a 2004 model with 28000 miles and I have a clicking noise coming from the rear of the car when I go from a stop to moving or a slow roll. No hard driving, just daily around town stuff. Does anyone have a clue?

i was told its the rear brakes. the mechanic said that when the car moves front or back the brakes makes the clicking noise. i was told also that its okay and not to worry about it. its annoying though.

clicking is the rear axle. take it to the dealer and they will fix it under warranty. it is not a critical issue but I found it quite annoying.

It is a known issue. Just requires a simple retorquing of the axles. It's covered by the warrany.

I will be taking my car there asap, thanks guys. In case anyone lives around Augusta Ga. do not buy a car or take you car to Sunbelt Nissan. I took my car there because the cd player was broken, and the drivers side window was going in and out. They put in a broken cd player and scratched up my dash, also the window snagged the roof so bad the door shook when you opened the door. They fixed the window again and now I have wind noise. As for the dash and cd player they told me I was lier about the dash and they where not the only dealership in town to take my car there to get fixed. Also the clicking noise did not start until they did the recall for the gas tank vent hose.
