Clicking metallic sound under the car after its warm up

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

I don't think so, sound metallic, does your ex make this noise when you shut off and cool down?

sometimes it does...after very spirited driving, I hear a few little metallic noises creaking/ticking for a few minutes...but I don't think I hear it while it is driving or sitting at a stop light.

I agree here. I hear "metallic clicking" noises at random intervals within a few minutes of parking the car. I just chalked it up to thermal expansion/contraction of some of the thin metal parts under the car and their junction points. It's usually not loud enough for me to hear while idling; but I think I can sometimes hear it when I step outside while the car is warming up.
