click noise

it seems everytime i come to a stop sign or red lite and engage my brakes the rite amount, i get a good sounding "CLICK." not sure what it is. took a look at my brakes and they seem fine. when this snow is gone im going to take some pics of the control arms n such because i did hit some pot holes recently. just wondering if anyone has come across this. thanks!

well its my TC Rod on my drivers side. anyone suggest any good brands? thanks. -Rob
