I tried searching for it but couldn't find anything for the G37. After install of test pipes the lights stays on. I reset it by depressing the brake with the ground disconnected from the battery but after 20 mins the light came back on.

Probably have to use dealer's Consult or try a an OBD II code reader with a reset first.

Since installing test pipes is a felony violation of Federal Clean Air ACT, the ecu has caught you. Shops and individuals can be fined $10,000 for illegal removal of working cats.

Research methods of potentially fooling ecu.
