I was just wondering how many people have a t3/t04e bolted to their stock manifold. Are there any clearance issues with the compressor housing being too large and hitting the manifold?

I would appreciate a picture or 2 (external wastegate mods are welcome as well). I'd like to get an idea of what I'm up against before I make any serious decisions/mistakes.

Thanks-Max

Buy a T3 inlet flange and clock the compressor housing, that will solve most problems.

I had to get two t3 flanges, and run gaskets between em along with longer studs. Fixed all clearance problems I was having! I had to port the flanges to match the exhaust mani

I use a t3/t04e btw.

Cool, good idea with the flanges..

Any issues making a downpipe, running into the stearing shaft?

I have a .57 trim .63 A/R T3/TO4 B on my mani. Didn't have any clearance issues at all.

Hmm, so the t04b housing will clear no problem?

Perhaps I'll just find one of those.
