Mods please don't delete

Ok fellas. I found someone who can get just the lens part of the headlights but I need a minimum of 5 sets. $160 per set shipped which is way cheaper then buying the whole damn headlight. Anyone interested? They will be brand new crispy. A friend referred me so I don't think they're bs and he said they're OEM quality. Mine are damaged beyond repair so I need one of these.

Is this the projector bowl lens or the headlight assembly lens?

Also, more information is needed. I can't let this thread go for much longer if the buyer is asking people to privately message him...we can't protect our members that way.

I'll leave this up for now...but we also have to make sure people know EXACTLY what's going down.

What other info is needed? Jesus Christ. I'm just trying to help members. It's the other lens that gets all stained and ruined for whatever reasons. My had condensation and then it stained the lens. So instead of spending $500 plus on a new headlight I found someone who makes like OEM quality lenses. Y'all mods gotta relax a little bit. If members have questions I'm sure they will ask. We are grown here so you don't have to act like parents protecting there kids. No wonder no one comes here anymore

1) When you respond like rude kid, you can't blame us, can you?
2) protecting THEIR children is the word you wanted. THERE (there = refers to a place)

In the past, a member has taken monies from other members and not provided / or misrepresented what members would receive for their money. To that end, you should provide the name of the company or provider who will actually supply what is being purchased. We all appreciate your efforts to arrange a reduced price for new parts. We are merely looking out for the safety of you and the members.
Please provide the name of the vendor you are using and a clear description of what will be provided. For instance, will the new lens include sealant? Is a warranty included?

And, finally, Please try to be more polite when responding to posts - member, mod, whomever.

Dude, are you serious? Larz tried being polite and got a crap response back. Instead of stating "I understand where you are coming from", you continue to be a bit lippy. So, I'll offer you the 'bad cop' version.

It is standard procedure for threads like this on virtually all legitimate car forums to insure that members are protected and don't run into a situation where its: "Hey dudes, I have a part. Send me money and I'll send you some" and then people get left with nothing or end up getting a box with a brick inside or one of the other crazy ebay stories, etc. This has happened many many many times on various forums in North America (and I'm sure around the world). Don't believe me? Google it. Virtually all forums are run like this.

Very few of us know you. This is common sense man.

This is not FB where everything goes or where it's a free for all. If you want to stick to FB, by all means, knock yourself out. Don't let the proverbial door hit you on the way out. Someone with 103 posts isn't going to make or break this forum.

Relax a little bit? There is virtually NO moderating happening in this forum because this place is pretty clean 99.8% of the time which allows me (and the other mods) to not have to micromanage you guys. Congrats Manolo, you've just become that .1%. I respectfully ask you to step off and slow your role. You have been warned. That goes for anyone else reading this post.

Thread closed per request.
