You know how we have lines on our headlights, is there anyway to get prefectly clear headlights.. clear as glass.. but not glass?

possibly if u sand the lines down that are on the inside, but ull have to finish it off with a real fine sandpaper and polish it well. ive thought about doing this myself but it would take some time to do
