Clear-er Side Marker lights

my question is, is it possible to remove the amber plastic piece that surrounds the bulb in the housing. If there is an aftermarket version of the housing without the amber piece in it could someone post the link. (not looking for blackened or tinted, just without the amber piece but with the reflector still)

Do you mean clear corners? Like my path?



If thats what your talking about, you can get a set on ebay for i think $34. Then just pop out the factory amber ones, reinstall the bulb in the clear corners, hook up the harness, pop them in and your good to go. Takes about 20min.

thats pretty much wut im talking about. id prefer it with the amber side reflector still but id take a full clear lens without the amber middle piece. do u have a link or should i just search ebay?

These look great! Any install instructions...steps...? Im pretty new at working on my Pathy. Any help would be wonderful

its very simple to remove the stock corner lights. when you open the hood there will be one bolt on top of the headlights closer to the corner of the car. just remove the bolt and then you have to pull the corner light out, but i mean really pull but pull in a straight direction not up or down because you could snap the clips holding the light in. And thats really it. After that the only thing to do is remove the wire harness by unscrewing the cap holding the light in

all you have to do is take off one screw thats holding the corner lights in and give the lights a gentle but strong tug and itl come out. be varefull not to pull to hard or you wull break the clip just pull it back and forth till it slides out.

Quick question, if I have a brush guard, will the corner come out enough to remove?
