I just bought a Silver 2000 QX4 and one of the first things I'd like to do is clear out the front corner lights. I was looking for either some info on where I can find some or directions on how I can do it myself....

I can't wait to pick up the keys and post some pics of my own

woohoo! another canadian member! welcome! clear corners are......theres only 1 method really. Put them in the oven, to heat the glue, take them apart, and replace the reflector with something silvery. Or buy ones from japan for $1000+. A former member of this forum (99qx4) spent alot of time researching this and got it done finally. then sold the q and got a fx35 and g35 instead. im so mad i would have bought them from her.

They are cheap as hell for mine. Hell I've broken like 3 of them.

because this is how we do!

DamonQX4, congratulations on your purchase! You will enjoy it. Unfortunately, as Qxxx4 mentioned, clear corners are not readily available for purchase.

Take caution when doing the home made oven-bake method. I did exactly that for a Honda Civic about 10 years ago and it worked beautifully - but then i gave that advice on this forum and the dude melted his QX4 corners completely. hahahah VERY VERY LOW HEAT! ! !
