I think the motors for the tilt and telescopic functions part of the ADP (Automatic Driver Postioner) are getting weaker or may need re-greasing.

How would one inspect the motors and the assembly?

Service manual isn't much help in this area. Its more focused on the actual motors and testing them. How would I know if the motor is indeed going bad (Little brush life....)?
