Cleaning the instrument cluster lens

Has anyone had success cleaning the instrument cluster lens without scratching it? I just about touched it in the Rogue I traded for the 2012 Murano and it had scratches everywhere. Looking for advice before I touch this one. It’s starting to get dusty and dirty looking but only when hit by direct sunlight. So before I do something I am sorry that I did I would appreciate any input whether it turned out good or bad.

I've used Meguiar's PlastX and a microfiber cloth to polish my Pathfinder's instrument cluster lens with good success.
