OK, so I got most of my engine stipped down. Now what should I use to clean all the pieces? I've heard and read most places that kerosene works good but I was just wondering if anybody had found anything better. Thanks in advance.

My clean all is usually carb cleaner or brake cleaner (brake cleaner for those really nasty grease puddles...just keep it away from your paint!!!!!!!!)

purple power and simple green both work well for me... purple power has a warning about using on aluminum though... so be careful using it on the head.

I think I'm just gonna have the block and all those parts hot tanked. Now what I mostly concerned with is cleaning the head....unless I get one of these and it works. http://nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=97871
