I LOVE THE INTAKE BUT DAM IT S A TASK TO CLEAN THAT FILTER. PRETTY MUCH HAVE TO TAKE THE WHOLE SYSTEM OUT.

ANYONE HAVE A WAY OF GETTING AROUND TO TAKING THE FILTER OUT WITH NOT HAVING TO REMOVE THE WHOLE PIPE??

takes about 1 min to take off just the filter....

Just loosen the clamps around the filter base itself, and pull it out.

Takes about 10 min to clean the filter, and over night to dry. Extremely simple. Cleaned mine dozens of times over the years.

So, losen the pipe a little at the throttle body as well and move it out of the way. Then take the filter out. If you installed it correctly, this wouldn't be an issue. I would make sure you installed it correctly this year.
