My idle drops when coming to a stop in neutral. then climbs up to ~850-900 and settles. im pretty sure its a aac valve problem. just want to confirm how to clean it.

i read somewhere that you just spray carb cleaner down the hose that leads to it?

any help is appreciated. thanks

Just turn up the idle about 100 - 200 RPM.

The only way to clean it is to remove it.

you can spray cleaner in there, keep in mind if its bad, the new loose debris may clog it up worse. its best to take off. i just did mine, and it can be done w/out taking intake mani off, although it is a pain in the ***.
