So a few months ago i kept having wierd issues such as good idle but misfires and when i'd hit the throttle no steady run to the top of the rpm would pop miss and just be flat.

pressurized my fuel line with an air compressor with both sides loose in the air and plastic bottles to catch debris and fuel.

lil bit of stuff came out. small particles. So next step was to put new fuel filter. did that. turned on car. nada.

blew air in again and would flow easily. Hooked it back up to the pump and nada. no fuel.

checked fuel pump fuse and was blown.

replaced. pump turns on good fuel flow.

plugged everything back in and seems like the fuel pump has stress on it. Not smooth sounds restricted. Turn motor on. smooth idle no misses. Ran car on street. Runs well to the top no flat spots.

problem 1 solved. Easy thing to check fellas. anyone else with issues as such?

I usually use BG44 for fuel system cleaning, seems to work well.

still poppin and stuttering. When i blew the lines out yesterday it went away. Seems like the fuel lines or fuel rail is getting clogged. Any suggestions? ohh. when i idle it and rev it. It reacts fine. but while driving it starts to stutter and bog then runs up the rpm like a top. wierd.

I had VERY similar problems. i checked the ecu for codes and got 34. My knock sensors had popped off. I plugged them back in and the difference was night and day. supposely the ecu runs is a type of fail safe mode when senors go bad hence the retarted timing etc.

Have you verified that the pump is good? What pressure is it running?

runs at 43psi at idle when raced don't remember. Seems fine when i pull it off the rail. But when back on seems like it struggles to push fuel to the other end. wierd.

Are your fuel lines hooked up backwards?

It should be from filter to fuel rail and from fpr to tank return line.

ok got a new idea for the fuel this weekend. Going to purge both lines with compressed air. 50psi 1st then 100psi. Then gonna swap in a new stock fuel pump assy from my daily and run and see if it's the pump or crap in the rail.

A real fuel system cleaner works wonders, the GM complete fuel system clean is $15 at any dealership and works just great, it's made by BG, so trust me it's top of the line despite being GM. The pressure should clean out whatever restrictions in line though, have you had your injectors cleaned?
