So I realize there are hundreds of millions of threads about "the best bodykits ever" but most of them are either ridiculous conversions or more money than I would ever dream of having. Does anyone know of any really clean nice looking kits that wont break the bank?

/facepalm

Go to Zilvia...

Edit: Ok, that was mean.... Try Version Select or Origin. Those are two of the most popular and reputable brands.

Anything cheap doesn't usually fit well. If you're on a budget get oem aero. Or maybe you'll get lucky and snag a good deal. They're definitely out there.

i was going to make a thread but i figure this would be the place to ask now(sorry not trying to thread jack). But right now i have the 180 type x all around but im wanting some more agressive for my front bumper. Is there any front bumper someone can recommend me that will flow with the type x side skirts. I just dont like how the type x front bumper is sunken in at the bottom. Thanks

Have you tried the Type-X OEM front lip?

can you show me which your talking about? i cant picture putting a lip on my type x front as it already looks like is has a lip. I just am looking for a bumper that isnt so slanted inward, i want something that sticks out more but will flow with the typx skirts.

For someone who has a really nice clean car, you sure don't know jack about it. Here you go.

Hey OP, if you're thinking about the $300-$400 garbage body kits, then you're out of luck. Not only will they not fit right. They'll probably crack in less than a year.

I'm thinking sub-$1000 dollar range. I dont need to dip all the way down to the $3-400 dollar range. $800 would be nice. I really like the East Bear kits but I have no Idea how much they cost since they are not sold in American dollars.

OEM is the s***.... that and origin.

version select is the knock-off king... it really upsets me.

Most of the guys here think OEM "kits" are the best.

Look into something from Origin, DMAX, Version Select.

They should be pretty durable and not too expensive.

As a general rule of thumb, if you see a Japanese part that is 35000 ywn, it is around $350US.

Def go with a OEM look. factory lip/skirts. I can't stand a body kit that don't fit. Back in high school when i had an eclipse (fail)i spent around a 1000 bukks on a full kit and fenders. worst investment ever. Looked like poo and fitting it was such a pain...

I am not 100% about fitment but I do know the Duraflex kits are tough as nails and just as flexible as they claim. I say go with lip on the Type X bumper.
