I have been searching like crazy in the forum for a few things and just want some clarification. I have a 1990 240 manual. I have a ka24de motor from a 92 to put in.

From what I have read I will need the following:engine Wiring harness ( from a ka24de manaul only )ECU ( from a ka24de manaul only )Gauge clusterA/c LinesP/S Lines

My main question is, is this an accurate list and does the wiring harness and ecu have to be from a car that has a manual trans.

Also i've read that the new wiring harness may not connect to my dash harness correctly.

Thanks for any info you have.

I'm still trying to find all the parts I need to drop in the new engine. Can you give me any insight into my original post? Also, did you have any specific problems I should watch out for.
