Clarification on 08+ sport bumper swap?

If I understand correctly, the grill, fog light surrounds and fender liners are required for an 06/07 to 08+ sport swap. What about standard 08+ to 08+ sport swap?

Also it appears that there is no aero package for the 08+? True statement?

1) 08+ standard to 08+ sport bumper swap would require just the bumper
2) that is correct, no areo kit, just the standard and sport models for the 08+
