clanking noise 2003 m45
just put on control arms to the front brand new from dealer new tires and a performance exhaust I've always had thes cucklunk noise in the front of the vehicle I'm wondering if its the suspension shocks or if its tie rod ends sway bar links no freaking clue any insight would be much appreciated thanks in advance.!!!

My bet is on the stabilizer/sway bar links.

Is there a particular trigger to the clunking? Does it happen when you're braking, hitting the gas, turning left/right, going over a bump/dip, turning the steering wheel?

Def over crap in the roads .. holes bumps been dealing with it for months maybe longer...
