The clam shell is finally on!!
Driving towards Batavia, NY today for work when I ran into a 95 4x4 being parted out. I did a U-turn, drove back and checked it out. I saw it still had the IGN switch in there. Asked the guy if he was trying to sell the whole truck for parts or just parting out, he said "parting out". Asked him how much for the IGN switch, $20. See my truck for some reason came with an old Stanza IGN. The switch worked but the key would sit at a different angle preventing the clam shell from going on. Now with an actual truck IGN in there the clam shell fits like a glove. The interior looks sooooo much better now that it's complete.
While I was tearing away at the junk truck I asked how much for the sunvisors, mine looked like ****, he said" $10 for both". Took both in a heartbeat. I am going to go back to go through the whole truck again to see what other goodies I can grab off this thing.
The place I got this stuff from is Genesee Country Auto and I was pleased with how easily I was able to deal with them.
