City Lights?

Ok, this has been a very exasperating day, I've been quoted everything from a $100-58 for install on these little buggers. Anyway I have a pair of H4 conversion headlights and they have a city light. How do install this myself and are they supposed to be hooked up to the parking lights (turn signal)?

wat u wire them into depends on when u want them to come on... if i were u, i would wire them into the parking lights, some ppl i've seen wire them into the turn signals... ...to each his own i guess... if u for some reason want them one all the time, u can wire them into a 12v constant, but your best bet is the parking lights...
