I am not sure where to post this, but since I order the BCR coilovers for an Altima so I guess this would be where to post it.

They have one of the best customer service ever! I got help from the start of ordering the coilover to the end of getting my tracking number. I got all questions answer and if you guys need to get anything they can get it for you. I have inquired several information about exhaust and in which I will be ordering from them in the next month or so. (GReddy Spectrum Elite SE)

They respond to emails really fast and if you have AIM you can message them on there and get answers right away when they are on.

I highly recommend ordering from them if you guys are going to order the BC Racing Coilovers and if you are trying to order other things they will do what they can to get a good deal for you.

The item is now in Transit somewhere in the US LOL. I will do a new post in suspension when I get it install (I am going to slam it), so folks can see how it looks.

Please do, and take lots of pictures/video and I'm sure MANY folks here have question in regards to the coilovers and fitment/adjustment.

Also, I'm looking at the Greddy Spectrum Elite exhaust as well. Take before/after video and photos as well as a review. Quite a few folks are interested in this.

When you talked to them originally did they say that they had a shipment of coilovers arriving in two weeks or did they have the coilovers in stock? I'm asking because I could have sworn I saw a posting that said they held your payment for 2 weeks to make sure there wasn't any charge backs, but i can't find that post anymore. In my research I found that 2 weeks is a magic number for them.

When I originally order from them and made my order, my order didn't make it in time for the first batch so they were back order. When they were in stock my order slip was beat by someone else so I had to wait for the next batch.

They were able to answer all question on my order status and check for me each time. Back Order usually take 10-12 days. My order shipped out on Monday from the warehouse and is on its way to me.

Basically they should be in stock now since I read that 2 weeks ago (when I order mine as well), that all BC Racing Coilovers were out of stock for every car make. My friend who order his set the same time I did for his tC got the last set.

So anyone who orders now, should be safe.
