Well, after a couple of months of saving some coin change, I finally had enough to buy this thing. The finish on this thing is amazing by the way. I attempted a test fit last night while the ribs were smoking, and quickly realized the mounting tabs don't quite line up. I also noted the nipple on the bottom (where the tube from the radiator goes I assume) is smaller, maybe 5/16 as opposed to the 3/8 vent hole on top.Unless I am looking at this thing completely wrong, it is not going to be a simple install. Any body else have these issues? I would hate to think I paid damn near $100 and still have to use my MacGyver kit. I am actually starting to think I should have gone with the Nissan replacement bottle for about the same amount of cash. That filthy duct tape is mocking me....

Maybe not, I just hate how those things start to crack after a while. I got one off a junkyard car maybe a year ago and I can see where cracks are starting to form. I'm seriously considering getting a Circuit Sports aluminum like you so let us know how the install goes.

Pretty simple install. I just had to move a wire or two.

Okay, I am eyeballing your picture. The ear on the rear, right is where my power steering res. (KA-E) sits. I attempted to slip it in there, but then the ear on the left is off by about an inch.If someone could esplain to me how to post pictures, that would really be nice. Dont be afraid to talk to me like a 3 year old, I am an electronic Neanderthal.I plan to have this thing in even if it kills me.

Okay, I finally got the little guy installed. I had to notch both ears with a file a bit, and moved the wiring harness over. I bought a vaccuum reducer to connect the radiator (3/8) hose to the tanks inlet (about 5/16?). So its all good. The shiniest thing under my hood!
