Dear Members ,im a very new member and would be very grateful if anyone could assist me in giving me information. I have Nissan Cima 2004 and would like to convert the front or possibly also the rear look to Nissan President look particularly the front. Has any one know if 1)to convert Cima front to President front just change and replace the Front Grill.
2)What are the major parts to change in order to convert front of Cima to the front of Nissan President?Do we need to change the front Bonnet?Bumper? 3)Thereis no way we could convert that. 4)Parts to convert Rear look of Cima into Rear of President..Thankk you so much .Kind Regards. The president and Cima are 2 different body styles on the same frame
To convert it to a Cima can be done with simply the addition of a grille, bonnet, tail lights and badging.

To convert to a president you need the front bumper, hood, trunk, tail lamps, bonnet, possibly front fenders

President will be more expensive as you need to ship larger items and possibly paint if you do not color match

Thannkkk you so much for the kind advice. It looks that many things need to be bought and many works needs to be done. Have you across anybody particularly among the members that had converted the Cima 2004 front to Nissan President 2004? That would be interesting to know and learn the works to be done . May be the issues is not mainly the cost but more on the works to be done.

The work itself is as simple as it gets. Getting the parts and pieces in hand is the hard part.

I mean by dificult to workit our is taking out the old existing fender of Cima and replacing it with the fender of President ,replacing bumper, headlights,.when replacing the fender ,iam not sure whether the fendr of President shall definitely be fit on to the front of Cima?I really need to speak to any person who had converted it . I don't know the exact link but there are some on there. The bumper should be an easy install. Just clips. If the hood latches in a different spot that will be difficult for you to move
