Cigarette Lighter

K i bought my car and it had no cigarette ligher in it but a empty hole. I went to walmart haha. and saw they had plugs and some other stuff and the compelte thing liek a holder/plug/ and some wires. I dunno how to work this thing. but how do I plug it in where?

you will see a + sind on an end of the new cigarette lighter, find the hot wire and plug it into that and the cold to the - part

is it mandatory that you have the cigarette lighter filled? or is it just botherin you that there is a hole in there?

mine pulls in and out, you would probobly be better off getting one from nissan because it will fit tight and you can use the existing harness

Yeah I put one in and it kept falling out, but I only use it to power the radar detector so it didnt bother me to bad jsut when it did fall it took about 3 weeks (well actually I never fixed it the second time) to fix it.
