Cigarette Lighter Replacement?

Hello everyone... this might be a silly question, but I'm really stuck.

Im trying to replace the entire cigarette lighter (popup and well). I went to Autozone and found a "universal" set up. The problem is that the OEM has an elbow like setup, while the universal has the ground on the side.

Is this something that I need to special order? If so, any idea where I can find one? Thank you all!

Guy on local forum said he found a direct replacement at Walmart.

I got my cig lighter from my work van,a 1994 chevy astro.fits perfect.
