My automotive instructor showed us this video this morning, just show how people can easily fool customers.

fool customers? wtf does it have to do with customers. if i tell people a giant flying spaghetti monster ruined their transmission and theyd believe me (im a service manager). customers are stupid.

that video was made as a joke for TECHNICIANS. the guy in the video did all of the chrysler factory training videos in the 60/70's.

p.s. video is older than the internet, literally. so repost.

Well, the way they describe the parts would sound legit to people who are car illiterate.
