I had an idea that i'm still undecided on. The idea is Chrome V8 emblem on the spot right before the door hinges. I got the idea from s600 and 760li which v12 badges on the same spot. Another idea is on the back on the left side.

Does anyone think it will look cool or just another tacky idea. Originally i thought it was a dumb idea but i've noticed that camrys and accords have V6 and the V12 example above. I wonder why cars with V8 never have these decals.

Personally, I like the stealth factor ...

I think the V-6 guys do it to distinguish it from their 4 cylinder versions (like the Camry and Accord), and the V-12 guys do it to brag, and/or distinguish it from the similar V-8 versions.

I removed every letter and number from mine. Only the front and rear logo left. Understatement.

The word Ricey comes to mind. Don't ruin the lines of the car with extra badging. No need to copy the camary and accord . There is no need for Infiniti to falsh their pen15 size on the side panel of the car.

I've always loved the Mercedes AMG cars but I've always frowned at them for placing V8 V12 stamps on the side.

Off the subject for a minute, I notice on your car u are running a stagger,8.5 os 34 / 245/35 frt and 9.5 o/s 40 /265/30. I am thinking about running 8.5 o/s 34 w/ 245/35/20 frt and 9.5 o/s 40 with 245/35/20 rears. The tires are kumhos , they will fit 8.5 - 9.5.I do not know much about tires and rims , if you have any feedback I would really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance

hmmm I would question the rear tire(245/35 20x9.5). Why stagger the rims and not the tires. I'm sure your tire installer will question that as well. You should stagger the rear tire as well. 245/35's tires all around with stagged rims seems odd. go with 255/30 ,265/30 or 275/30 in the rear to complete the look.

props
