Hey, I have tried searching a few times and all I found was rare stock rims but none of these. I was wondering if these were actually legit stock S14 rims.

are you asking if they are real S14 wheels that were chrome plated? or are you asking if they ever came like that from factory?
i'm pretty sure it never came that way from the factory but most likely they are s14 wheels and not knock offs (although i dono what's up with the centercap, so maybe they are knockoff s14 wheels) looks like a bad job too...

Think Only Kouki's Had Them Tho.Only Ever Seen Them On LE's.

I think they do, I thought LE's were pretty much the same as the SE but with leather interior instead.
