Ham, turkey, potatoes and gravy, dressing, corn, green bean casserole, rolls, pumpkin pie...the usual suspects. Greg's mom cooked Christmas dinner this year, it was amazing.

One of these days I'm going to fly in the face of tradition and just make a big pot of chili, some hot wings, a veggie tray and call it good! :gapteeth:

Roast duck with a cranberry-orange glaze
Wild rice
Steamed broccoli with pine nuts
Sweet potato casserole
Gewürztraminer from Oliver Winery
We have some ice wine from Oliver that we were going to have for dessert but we thought the meal was so fantastic it didn't need a dessert (unless you count the casserole!).

Mmmmm...prime rib, another Christmas favourite.

So, did you and Kristen actually go to the dining room or opt for room service and the added privacy?

I made reservations for two but I she had a huge family emergency and couldn't make it. Fine by me. My ex Mandy Moore was hotter.

Also;
Scalloped potatoes
Flavorful Aju and this whipped cream with horseradish stuff for the meat
bread rolls
lots of wine
Authentic Applepie moonshine before dinner for me, tasted just like it!
Peas (for the ex really.. pea lover)
Red Velvet cake and a coconut 'Christmas cake' that Grandma makes
Presents!!
All homemade delicousness, cant beat it
