I find it hard to believe you had no options closer to where you live as I'm sure Nashville has some awesome shops having been stationed @ Ft. Campbell years ago. I'm sorry you got burned, but you kinda did ask for it. I'm not trying to be a d!ck or unsympathetic, but really asking a shop so far away from you to do work when you can't pop in on a weekly basis is kinda retarded.
I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you and rest assured their are some guys on this board that can get it handled for you. Almost scary what some of the members on here are can find out about people.
It's not my car, it's my wife's car. She was stationed at Lackland AFB in San Antonio when it was wrecked. That's why it was there, and not with me in Nashville. She made as many trips to the shop as possible(usually once a week) as well as me calling every day. And yes, there are plenty of shops here that I trust and I wish I was able to have taken the car to any of them.
Either way, what's done is done. My priority now is to get this taken care of.

I honestly didn't know whether they were still in business or not. They don't answer or respond to any of my calls. I'll use the information you've given me to take every action I can. I actually already filed a civil suit, or whatever it's called, against Sean and the shop. Was that stupid or should I stick with that and proceed with everything else? Thanks again!
