OK so I've done a lot of reading about different types of suspension and their uses, and I'd like to know what you guys suggest as far as progressive-rate springs and adjustable shocks. I dont think I want to do coilovers because I'm not going to be spending THAT much time on the track- but I would still like to have a stiffer option if I choose it with the shocks and PR springs. What do you guys like as far as brands and models? I'm interested in cost as well, but right now I'm mostly interested in finding out which brands make quality products (and what their websites are, if you have em.) Thanks!

TEIn, HKS, eibach and intrax all make good springs.

perosnally I would get either eibach or tein, with a set of KYB AGX KONI yellows, or maybe bilstein HD shocks.

but see, Im getting coil overs.
