I've been thinking to replace the stock wheels on my QX60, and I found ones I like. The stock wheels are 18x7.5 with 50 mm offset. The ones I like are 20x9. According to the wheel retailer's website, either 20x9 with ET 32 mm or 20x9 with ET 38 mm will fit my car. Between those two offsets, which one do I need to choose? What would be the pros and cons of those two offsets? Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome aboard!

There's really not enough difference in the two to make a big difference (6mm is very small).

The 32mm offset will sit 6mm further outboard than the 38mm and should really fill out the wheelwell nicely.

Thanks for the advice Hitman! It seems like smaller offsets are preferred to have the wheel sit further outboard. I will keep that in my mind.

I think a spacer can offer the same offset effect, right?
